Temporary Living Quarters

Premium, DNV-certified, and A-60 fire-rated pressurized cabins engineered for absolute safety and operational comfort in extreme offshore environments.

The Cost of Harsh Offshore Environments

Providing safe, comfortable, and compliant accommodation for personnel in remote offshore and industrial environments is notoriously difficult.

Extreme weather conditions, volatile atmospheres, and strict safety regulations complicate logistics and drive up operational costs. When personnel are exposed to inadequate living conditions or forced to commute constantly due to unpredictable weather, it directly compromises site safety, delays project timelines, and leads to an inefficient optimization of working hours.

A reliable, on-site sanctuary is no longer just an option—it is critical to maintaining a productive and secure workforce.

The Solutions

Kavron provides highly specialized Temporary Living Quarters (TLQ) designed to meet the rigorous demands of the oil and gas industry. Proudly fabricated to the highest international standards, our TLQs are DNV 2.7-1 certified and boast an A-60 fire rating, ensuring absolute safety in hazardous zones.

8 Men Sleeper Cabin

Designed for comprehensive crew accommodation, this DNV-certified cabin (9.8 tonne, 20.6′ x 10.5′ x 9.5′) provides safe, comfortable living for up to 8 personnel. It features premium double bunks with fire-resistant mattresses, an en-suite shower with an instant heater, a gravity-flush WC, personal lockers, and redundant air-conditioning, all protected within an A-60 fire-rated, fully pressurized steel structure running on a robust 415V AC 50Hz electrical system.

Engineered to provide immediate, robust sanctuary from extreme offshore conditions. Weighing 9.8 tonnes with the same structural footprint as our sleeper units, this weather shelter ensures personnel have a secure, climate-controlled, and A-60 fire-rated environment to wait out storms or hazardous operational phases, ensuring safety without ever having to leave the platform.

For unique logistical challenges, our Knock Down Cabins offer fully customizable dimensions, weights, and electrical configurations. Designed for rapid assembly and extreme flexibility, these units maintain our stringent safety and structural integrity standards while adapting perfectly to space-constrained or highly specialized facility requirements.
